Residential Packages

The basics package includes:

• bathroom(s): toilet, shower, baseboards around toilet area, mirror, countertops, sink, outside of cabinets, vacuum & mop floors
• kitchen: outside fridge doors, inside lip of fridge, stovetop, outside oven door, inside and out of microwave, major spills on backsplash, countertops, sink, outside of dishwasher door, outside of cabinets, vacuum & mop floors
• living room/den/office(s): dust, wipe windowsills, clear cobwebs, vacuum floors (mop when applicable)
• laundry room: wipe tops of washer/dryer, clean sink (if applicable), vacuum & mop
• empty trash cans

The details package includes: (we do not move furniture)

• everything listed in the basics (above)
• all baseboards
•  inside oven 
•  inside fridge
• light fixtures
• doors
• window tracks & framing
• inside glass of windows
• blinds

Option to add some or all items listed to the Basics Package! *additions will impact pricing

The moving in or out package includes: (we do not move furniture)

• everything listed in the basics and details packages
• move fridge and oven to clean the outsides and behind
• washer and dryer (if applicable)

Pricing: $50/hr, 2hr minimum

Disclaimer:
My prices are based on how many "man hours" it will take to complete the job.

This means I charge an hourly rate per cleaner. For example, if it takes one cleaner 5hrs to clean, you’ll be charged for 5hrs. 

If a team is sent to clean, the hourly rate goes up and the time is lowered. For example, if it takes one cleaner 5hrs to clean and there are two cleaners, the time drops to 2.5hrs and the hourly rate goes up by two.
